This spacious, single-level home features eclectic beach-inspired décor, open-plan living and large sliding doors opening onto the ocean-view patio. Relax in comfortable queen bedrooms with adjustable shutters and new ceiling fans, plus a spacious sleepout with single beds and fans. A large split-system air conditioner keeps the living and kitchen areas comfortable year-round.

A clothesline with pegs is located beside the laundry door, a washing machine dryer is also available. You'll find an outdoor shower on the northern wall of the house. Please rinse off sand before entering to help keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone.

You will require your own transport to get about. If arriving by aeroplane in nearby Rockhampton it would be best to arrange a hire car. Ample parking down in the village centre. There is a bus service from Rockhampton to Emu park but only infrequently.
