Other Details to Note
The house is pet friendly however there is not a fence all the way around. The back is fenced whilst the sides of the house are just barricaded off with a temp fencing option whilst the owner waits to get a fence installed. Book with pets at your own discretion.

There is limited local public transport: Translink regional bus services run along Scenic Highway with stops at Scenic Hwy at Coolwaters Esplanade (Kinka Beach). Rideshare and taxis are available but can be limited; hiring a car in Rockhampton or Yeppoon is common. Walking and cycling are practical for short local trips (beach, holiday parks).
